AT&T Store

Amazing service from Preston. He was able to answer all of my questions quickly, clearly, and concisely, completed my transaction in a timely manner, and was even able to save me a ton of money on my phone plan compared to what I had before. I highly recommend this store to anyone!

After spending hours on the phone with customer service, my call got dropped and my service was no longer working. I decided to just go up to the AT&T store that was closest to me-best decision I ever made. Brett and Tatum were so helpful and made the experience very fun and entertaining. The transition to a new plan and upgrading to a new phone was so smooth and effortless. I will definitely be going back here if I need anything from AT&T!

No need to improve. Brett and Tatum at the AT&T store on Timberland and Beach Street were great. I bought a new iPhone and a iPad, they set them both up for me and they were very patient and knew exactly what they were doing while asking to help other customers that came into the store at the same time, some customers they knew on first name basis. They had other employees there to help them. Both Brett and Tatum always acknowledged every person that came into that store while helping me.
Both Brett and Tatum are going to help my mom set up her iPad once it comes in as well.

I shattered my iPhone 11 from it falling off a ride at six flags, when I came in Brett immediately greeted my mother and I with such a warm and welcoming attitude. He made the experience easy, fun and fast. Will only be attending this AT&T specifically because of the customer service shown towards us when we came in. Brett deserves a raise that man is outstanding, will be back when I need them! Highly recommend this AT&T location!!!

Me and my Mom went in to get me a new phone and from the moment we walked in until the moment we walked out we had an amazing experience. Kathryn welcomed us right away. I was so happy especially when I forgot my Apple ID password and she helped me get back in. She also helped get me equipped me with all the necessary items for my new phone as well. Me and my mom both really appreciated having her help us! Super sweet and kind!
