This place is real nice. The people are real nice.

Just visited the facility today and I feel good about my decision!
My aunt has been a resident here for about a month, and I must say that I could feel the genuine warmth and care of the staff. I placed my aunt here on blind faith, being that we are in COVID and I was unable to tour the facility beforehand. However, I remember the Business Manager (Angela) telling me: "we may not be fancy but we have excellent care"-- and yes they do. From top to bottom, this facility puts the resident first. Whenever I call the facility to check on my aunt, the phone bank staff promptly connects me to her nurses (Donna and the "new lady"), both of whom take the time to give me a thorough update. The social worker (Lharmony) goes the extra mile-- she followed up with me on her day off to let me know that my aunt was safely transferred to the facility before the February winter storm. The Admissions Director (Juan) provided me with a comprehensive "newcomer's orientation package" and promptly followed up with answers to my questions. The Finance Manager (Trisha) accommodated my schedule by calling me on East Coast time to facilitate business, and last but not least the Care Staff are excellent-- Dinah, Terese, Eunice, and the two ladies I met today that searched for my aunt's teeth (with the blonde goddess braids and cherry red bun) have all treated my aunt with the utmost patience and understanding during this very challenging time. One of the hardest things to do is to place a family member in outside care, but I can personally attest to the genuine care and professionalism of the entire staff.

I have been a resident here at Village Creek since December and I have enjoyed my time here.
The whole staff is very helpful and always makes sure my needs are met.
Just Yesterday the administrator allowed my daughter to come in for a visit ,
It felt so good to be able to hold my baby girl once again.
I really recommend this place to anyone who is looking for long term care .

It's difficult doing this period with Covid19 that you aren't able to visit with your loved ones residing in Nursing Centers. I have settled for smiling through the window just to spend time with my mom. Imagine my surprise when I stopped by today and was able to communicate with my mom using a walkie - talkie. Kudos to Shantae Nash (awesome/smart and thinking outside the box employee), for presenting this idea to the administrator. Thank you for making my Birthday spectacular. I pray that the higher up's generously reward you for your extrodinary efforts!

I was part of the rehab team for several years. The staff was awesome and very caring. I have moved on, but the rehab staff there remains and they are wonderful. I have worked with them for 20 years. Keep up the good work.
