  Very clean dealership, busy with very helpful sales personnel. I did a trade on a used vehicle & only issue is they would not honor any type of warranty on it so I have had several repairs / replaced expensive parts out of my pocket. They where exceptionally more than fair on the trade to help me otherwise. Hannah was my sales lady. Highly recommend asking for her.. She was very nice & knowledgeable of all the vehicles she'd show to customers. I was amazed just watching her with customers. I was there for too long each time I went but it was entertaining & irritating. Cody, in the Service area, also very helpful, was willing to repair/replace what they (the Management) would sign off on, (only 1 part... O2 sensor) Financing, when I finally got into her office, was easy & very courteous. Sorry but cannot remember her name right now.

  I recently purchased a 2016 Corvette from this dealership. This was an out of state deal and my salesman, Corey was outstanding. Not only did he coordinate with my bank, he also coordinated with my state to insure all the docs were precise and accurate. Corey arranged timely shipping and the car arrived as described. I highly recommend the dealership and if you want superior service ask for Corey.

  Exceptional Service. Cody helped us every step of the way from a great greeting and introduction, following up with the diagnosis to taking his time to explain the service needs of my vehicle. He was extremely congenial, knowledgeable and provided excellent consultation.
  In the 20 + years of owning various cars and working with many dealerships and service departments, Cody provided the absolute best customer service I have ever had. Cody runs a Pinnacle Shop. The best of the Best! He can be trusted and he will keep your best interests all the way through.

  I had a wonderful experience! Before going to the dealership, I had all of the usual doubts that what I was looking for could not be found in a car. Hannah was my Sales Consultant and I was impressed with her knowledge of people and her amazing ability to match me with the perfect car; for Me. She put my mind to ease and proved to me that there is a Better Way of purchasing a vehicle. She changed my car buying experience. No haggling, or following me around the lot to get a sale. Relaxed atmosphere, clean environment, friendly, mask wearing staff members. Ms. Reagan in finance went over all of the options that fit my budget and my life. Ms. Reagan knows that I was short on time due to work obligations so she made financing easy and painless. Thank you Alfa Romeo Team of Ft. Worth.   Excellent customer service! Very clean facilities. Chris did an excellent job in the grilled burgers, for FREE! Corey was very engaging and personable. Chase made sure that we left with a new car that met our bottom line. Lewis was able to lower our payment even more during the finance paperwork signing. Thank you!!!!
