  I've never had issues at this location. They're often slammed but manage to be pleasant every time I've been there, counter or drive thru. I think CB must have some personalitosis or something...poor thing...

  Got my covid test here in the drive through. Got results next day. Pretty easy,

  Yes, Covid testing has severely complicated the ability to reach someone by phone. Yes, it takes longer to get prescriptions filled. But I've worked with Tim and Jane for over 10 years and I think they do an awesome job under all the stress. As for the staff, I've never had issues. Customers need to understand we're in a pandemic and service has changed. I have a retail job and understand the stress and customer anger over service issues. Be kind and appreciative, please.

  The passion for his craft and customer service is UN paralleled, met me on his off day after hours to receive my Benz. that's why I drive from Denton to FT Worth, great service and affordable pricing.

  We have a garage queen, C-250. My husband took her for every service and wash at the Park Place dealership when he worked in Irving. After he starting working at home northwest of Fort Worth, he became weary of the time and trouble, as well as expense of taking her in, so started the process of finding somewhere to take her that would treat her with tenderness and care. We made an appointment and I dropped her off with a pickup time, went for leisurely lunch with my adult sons. They dropped me baCk off at the appointed time and she was ready to roll as promised, at a great price (half the dealership price with everything serviced and reset and all her fluid were topped off at no charge.
  
  We are going to go back for all our Mercedes needs from now on.

  Gave a really good price and fixed my car the same day. Will definitely be going here again if I have car troubles.

  Tony was very good and efficient! He was able to figure out issue with car and did work promptly. He didn’t try to sell on more services!
