(August 13, 2019, 5:08 am)I've had State Farm, full coverage, since 2013 and they have been worth every penny. Patty Diaz and her entire office are not only kind, but they show grace even when I'm at fault. I was about to downgrade to liability insurance, because I had lost my job, but something told me to keep it full. I ended up denting my entire bumper after a parking system failure; and the damages came out to well over $2500. So far I have not had any hike in my rates, and I can genuinely say that I feel they should have. This is the best office and the best insurance company that I know of.

(October 16, 2017, 8:58 pm)Great Staff. State farm is the most reliable insurance. They never hold out on paying their customers. Even in this past Hurricane Harvey my car was affected, they made sure to give me more than the value of my flood damaged vehicle and made the process as painless and expedient as possible. I do not plan on ever changing insurances.
