  You need to go see Dr. Cao because he is THE BEST optometrist that I’ve seen! Dr. Cao took time to explain to me my eyeglasses and contacts astigmatism and the reason that my prior prescriptions were created. Dr. Cato was patient in ensuring that both prescriptions worked best for my lifestyle and asked me a lot of questions to gain clarity. Dr. Cao cares and I could tell! My family and I will definitely be clients of Dr. Cato in the future.

  Communication was easy, despite the fact that I don't understand much medical jargon. He was able to explain what we were doing as we went, and made sure that I understood the checkup every step. He was able to answer all my questions in a way I understood as well. Overall a good experience, and I would recommend Dr. James Cao if your in need of a good eye doctor.

  Appointment is always on time. I never had to wait past my appointment. The staff is professional at all times. Dr. Cao is thorough and explains everything to me.

  I've been going to Dr. Cao for almost 10 years now and it's a very friendly and professional experience every time. Quick appointments, easy to fill out paperwork, and its a clean environment with no wait times. You can ask him questions and he is thorough when answering.

  Quick and excellent service! We called for an appointment and we were helped immediately. They had opening for the same day but we scheduled both of my daughters for the next day. We arrived a little late but were greeted with a smile and felt welcome anyway. Dr. James is amazing, my daughters loved how quick and easy he made everything; definitely made an impression! Thank you for everything!
