Excellent!! From day 1 to current, they have been very flexible with my fluid work schedule, encouraging through out the process, friendly and professional! My long term recovery after my surgery would not be effective without their guidance, support, and dedication. I am on month 4, a few to go, and based on initial conversations on what to expect, because of Matt and his team, I am farther along than expected.

Such a professional experience from start to finish. Making appointments and gathering insurance information was a breeze with great communication and flexibility. Each session was well planned and made use of every minute. There was no pressure to continue sessions beyond what was initially prescribed, but they made sure to let us know he was welcome to continue if we desired.
I am glad to have this resource in our area.

My daughter has already reviewed, but I had to add my two cents as a mom. We were so very blessed to find Riata and (DPT) Matt in particular. My daughter had a ballet injury at the beginning of her senior year that threatened to end her dream of dancing professionally in college. As a mom my worst fear is seeing my child hurt and of course I wanted to get her back on her toes as soon as possible.

For us there was no better place therapy could be done than at Riata. When I learned Matt's wife had a career as a professional ballet dancer AND had danced with the company/school my daughter was training with, I was sure Matt was our "angel in disguise." Riata provided my daughter with the nurturing, encouraging, and professional environment that she needed to fully recover. I am happy to report she is now spinning on her toes and headed to TCU with a dance scholarship and the tools for a successful college career.

Thanks to the office staff as well! Everyone from the front office to the therapy area was so kind and attentive. Shout out to Tanisha, who called to check on my daughter when she was at her big college dance audition to see how she was doing. That was just "WOW." Also, thanks to Jason, who did an amazing job stepping in when Matt was not available.

To start off, the entire staff is absolutely wonderful from the minute you walk in and until you walk out of their door. Tanesha greets you by name and really works with you regarding the scheduling of your visits. She’s greatness!
Regardless of how many clients are there at one time, the staff conducts the physical therapy session in a timely and seamless manner. Both Jason and Matt oversee their staff in a relaxed yet professional environment. They make sure you understand how to do your exercises and how they are supposed to work to achieve your goals.
The staff exhibits great teamwork, professionalism and you can tell they are well educated in their roles.
I have treated for 4 weeks for a cervical spine issue and I have marked improvement. My pain level was a 7-8 when I started and is now a 2-3 on a scale of 0-10. My physical therapy is really working!!
