  BME Ryan and Kaylah were very responsive. Gave me a great price and my insurance accepted. They went beyond the call of duty. Finished in one day and cleaned up. Then returned to fix a few extra items they found once my insurance agreed. I love the result.

  I’m a single mom that purchased our first home in September 2019. When you buy a place to call your own, you sign up for the upkeep and repairs. Ah, the joys of homeownership! I had been dealing with a leak for several months that led to even more damages to my garage. Ryan, the owner of BME Exteriors, came out to give an estimate. He took his time to explain in detail the issue and recommended options. Very straightforward presentation and no high pressure sales technique. Pricing was more than competitive with higher quality! I will gladly recommend your company and use you again for any future needs.

  Extremely Impressed - normally I wouldn't think of getting a new roof and fence as a wonderful experience but in this case it was. Jeremy and Alec were absolutely fantastic to work with; extremely responsive and professional. Anytime I brought up a concern or request they went well above and beyond to ensure I was more than satisfied. It has been a rare occasion when I have been this satisfied with this level of customer service. On top of all the that - the quality of the look of both the roof and the fence (great job Jason with the fence) is exceptional. All around great experience!

  Outstanding service and quality of work. We recently had the roof and gutters of our house replaced after storm damage. Ryan and Jaron were fantastic. They help us work through the insurance process and had their roofers and painters out immediately. Our roof was no easy task —large, with extremely steep pitches and multiple elevations— Ryan and Jaron were there throughout the entire process and paid close attention to every detail, to include finding and repairing old damage to both our roof and siding which had not been caught by the insurance adjuster. With their help we ended getting the full exterior painted, our front door, outdoor patio ceiling, and pagoda stained as well. Their crews were excellent and Ryan and Jaron made sure everything was perfect before wrapping up the work. Beyond the quality of their work, we appreciated their honesty and integrity. We learned they also donate their time and material to give back to those in our community who need help, particularly with those men and women who have served their country. They are simply good people who we will always trust our home improvement work to for any future project.
