I called to see if it was ready when I learned this information. Nate, was able to look up my purchase online and replace the battery free of charge. It was ready for pickup when I got there and no wait time. Great customer support and good business.

When I got there Jonathan helped me with my battery and found out all I needed was the battery to be tightened. He took his time to help me out and I really appreciate that!
