From the day of initial inspection of Roof till completion, Bruce explained the process and ensured the job was completed to a high standard and as scheduled.Bruce met with Insurance assesor-agreed on a plan for replacement,was here during all stages of replacements and more then happy to address any issues as they arose.Bruce made the process easy and we would highly recommend Fairclaims Roofing for any home construction needs
This was the first time that I ever had a roof replaced and it was a new process for me altogether. Paul is a very genuine guy who walks you through the entire process with ease. I especially appreciate him in that he does not ask to see the insurance company’s paperwork (Eagle View) before writing up his estimate. Paul also did a follow up visit to ensure we were satisfied. I would definitely use him again if I ever needed another roof.
Paul has an incredible team of people that did the job right the first time. I knew it was going to be a good experience when I told my insurance adjuster who my roofer was and he promptly said, "they do a great job."
