Steve Kretschmar: Allstate Insurance

I love how Kretschmar Allstate agency has been with me through the years. I usually speak with Debbie, who is very patient and friendly with me. I feel like I know her even though we’ve never met. She takes care of our needs.

When I called Allstate, I was connected to Karen. She signed me up with a better policy and better rates.
However, the best part of this is experience was talking with Karen. She listened to me. That is what is important - she listened. She perceived I was anxious and she showed empathy and encouragement. I cannot express to you in words how much that meant to me.
To me - Karen is an angel. I pray that God opens up the windows of heaven and pour her out a blessing that she will not have room enough to receive it.

Experience: I have requested renters policy quotes for both my son's apartment. Both policy had same coverage, same location & yet different premium amount. No one can explain why the difference. There should be logical explanation.
Also, person who gave us quote was no longer working with your agency but it was not communicated to me. So I was sending all my communication to her email ID but no response. So when I called office, I was told she is not working. Suggestion let customer know when staff changes, cancel his/email address so we don't send personal information to that individual, & last but least assign his/her customer to other agent & let that new agent reach out to customers & introduce her or himself.
