  i did not know Mr. Tom Basey until someone referred him to me. I assisted both of my friends to enroll Medicare. Myself and Tom communicated many time through texts and e-mails, He always responded me quickly and provided with helpful information they needed. when we met face to face for enrollment. he got all the papers ready and finished very quick. He is very friendly and an effective worker. I really appreciated him. .

  Mandi, Alvin, and Brittney are always so happy to see my husband and I come in to give. They are very professional and very careful with my arms as my veins don’t always want to work with us on the first try. Alvin is very gentle with me and usually gets it on the first try! 😉 OneBlood is a great place and they make you feel welcome and very comfortable while you are there helping to save lives!

  I donated for first time yesterday. All the staff was super friendly and patient with me being a newbie and about passing out! Just them being so professional and explaining everything shows the compassionate they have due to them I was able to calm down get the process done ! Was not as bad as I thought it would be ! Fast process and not scary at all! Great clean and spacious area as well to donate ! Due to the great staff helping me overcome my fear you definitely have a new donor!!! They also do really well on reminding you how you are saving someone’s life ,you leave with a rewarding feeling!
