I can’t say enough positive things about Eric. He is a constant professional, follows through with what he says he will do, goes above and beyond while not overlooking any detail. His company replaced my roof, gutters, repaired my fence and painted the outside of my house. The job was completed in a timely manner, always professional and I am overly pleased with the outcome. My house looks brand new and my neighbors even commented how good the house looks with it’s “new “look”. I can guarantee you that you will not be disappointed if you hire him. Viridian Construction Group did a phenomenal job coordinating my hail damage repairs. The owner Eric came out on time to assess my situation. He then came back out when the insurance adjuster arrived and did a through inspection and pointed out every bit of damage to the adjuster . Eric used to be an adjuster so he knows the language of the insurance business. The adjuster agreed with him and the roof was totaled! Gutters and fence stain were also covered! Eric was very helpful going over my options for shingles, attic vents, gutter and paint colors, fence stain and repairs, solar screens…basically the entire outside of the house. He didn’t make me feel rushed and was very attentive to what I wanted to do including extra work not related to the hail damage. He really wants to get the job done right and believes in fair value. For example, after the repairs were complete, I realized I forgot to ask for additional splash guards for the new gutter downspouts. Eric came back to the house when I was out and realized the new splash guards wouldn’t match the old ones and he decided to get me a full new set of splashguards no extra charge!

I am so pleased with our experience with Viridian Construction. They replaced our roof, removed and replaced gutters, replaced siding, painted the exterior of our home, installed solar window screens, and stained our fence. Our home looks amazing! Eric Rozak, the owner, was easy to work with, professional, attentive and responsive throughout the entire process. His communication was excellent; we were kept informed throughout the process. He answered every single one of our questions no matter how tedious. When our insurance company first came and looked at the house the adjuster declared there wasn't enough damage to the roof to even reach the deductible. Eric looked it over and saw countless places the adjuster missed, so we appealed to our agency. They sent a new adjuster and Eric met him to walk through everything. They ended up completely totaling our roof! Then there were things our insurance company didn't want to cover. Eric "went to battle" on our behalf and got everything covered! Eric has been an insurance adjuster, so he knows both sides of the business and was able to speak their lingo. His prices are reasonable and fair, and he worked very hard to get us the best possible rate. We highly recommend Virdian Construction! We're so glad we used this company.

Eric Rozak and his crew are exceptional. Eric is punctual and extremely easy to work with, helping work through details with our insurance company and answering every question I had thoroughly without being condescending. When it came to actual roofing, I was impressed by how quickly the crew worked without cutting corners, and they clean up everything. I've always gotten nails in my tires when replacing roofs before, but I don't need to worry about that this time. This has been an incredible experience!

The owner of the company Eric Rosak personally came to our home to oversee all the work that was being done. He came to get his crews started, stopped in during the process and walked the job with us when each stage of the work was completed.

He worked hard to insure all the work was completed to our expectations and then some.
