The team at Durham Direct has consistently taken care of my family in a compassionate and generous manner that is rarely seen in today’s medical practices. From late night house calls to text messages that quickly answer questions, I have really enjoyed being a patient of Dr Shelley and Nurse Jared. My family and I will be patients of theirs until the day they ever (if ever) move the practice out of Tarrant County.

And, of course they are human. They have many people that they’re looking after and if you aren’t entirely pleased with their service, then perhaps a different kind of practice is better suited to your needs. These are quality people who always want to give quality service. Are they always on time for appointments? No. Are they always caring, compassionate and competent in their medical practice? Yes.

Quality care that does not disappoint! Dr. Durham sincerely cares about me as a patient and I’m so glad I learned more about the direct primary care model, it’s a GAME CHANGER!
