Paragon North Hills Infusion Center

I have experienced many different doctor offices and hospitals, but I will say I rarely experience one where from the moment you enter through every moment of being there you are treated so incredibly kind. Every person working there is more like a friend you have yet to meet then someone performing a job, being paid to do a task.

That's important because you feel genuinely cared for. Debbie, the Nurse Practicioner, listened to my medical history intently with care. She asked pointed questions and gave me thorough instructions on what to expect. Marini, one of the best nurses I've ever been blessed to assist me, started my IV with care. We had ourselves a light conversation that made me feel comforted. She made sure I knew what to look out for and when I had some adverse side effects she was there quickly to take care of me. The whole team flitted around taking care of their patients with kind hands and kind hearts that was plain to see.

When you have any sort of chronic health issue every doctor appointment causes some sort of anxiety, but I'll gladly tell anyone heading here to fret not, you are in the best hands. I will never worry when heading here in the future, and strange as it may sound look forward to it. I will look forward to seeing Debbie and Marini. It won't matter to me that my appointment will be longer because I have to have a slower infusion, because they will make it pleasant. I honestly believe on their worst day, they would still know no other way, than kindness.

I go here every 8 weeks or so for a special allergy shot. They are great here. So caring and really take good care of me. They have to be excellent or I would not make the 180 mile round trip!!
