I've met with my Nutritionist, Julia Callahan, for only 3 sessions and I'm already want to give a 4-STAR rating! I must say that she's given me VARIOUS tools to use and incorporate into my daily eating/healthy routine and I've already lost 4 lbs since the 3 sessions!!!
