The office staff is friendly and efficient. I have never had a long waiting time in either the waiting room or treatment room. The nursing and technical staff are warm and they know their jobs. Dr. Tsay is warm, knowledgeable, and communicates very well. I have great confidence in his treatments and recommendations. Because of an insurance change (thankfully temporary) I had to go to a different, but well respected , practice. The difference was night and day. I was so thankful for another insurance change that gave me the ability to go back to All Star Orthopedics. I feel like I am in good hands when I enter the office.
I have fallen in love with All Star Orthopedics. I had no problem scheduling an appointment. I got in to see Dr. Tsay within two days of calling. He recommended surgery for my torn meniscus, which I knew already. My surgery went great and my recovery was really fast. I was up and walking in about two days. Dr. Tsay is very informative during appointments, surgery and follow-ups. I would definitely recommend him. Five stars all the way!
I’ve been seeing Dr. Tsay for over 15 years for my knees as I have rheumatoid arthritis and he’s an excellent and caring physician and person. I have had my knees drained, received cortisone shots, surgeries for meniscus tears, physical therapy and a full replacement will be done when needed. They also have on-site physical therapy, which was productive and convenient. All the physicians in this practice are excellent and caring, including all the support staff. If you have orthopedic needs, I highly recommend this practice.
