This place is truly special. I’m going to go out on a limb and say that it’s the best yoga studio in the entire DFW area. I did Claire’s Heated Sequences class. First off, Claire is an amazing “old soul” with tremendous energy and vitality. She is the type of instructor who enriches your life! Second, her class structure was awesome. Challenging, uplifting, encouraging… and man, did I sweat!! The energy from the other patrons, and the other instructors, and the owner … simply put this place is a gem!!!

This place is awesome. It's good for new people , veteran yogis , men who are old and put of shape (me) and everything in between. Best way to take care of your body.

Great experience with them. Love all the kid options. My daughter loves them!

This was definitely one of the best yoga studios I've taken classes at. All the instructors are very nice and aware of your body limitations, even in more advanced classes. It doesn't matter your level, you can do any of the classes they provide. All the instrutors always present themselves to new people and make sure that they're enjoying their time in the class, and if not they ask what they can do better. Before class the instructors always ask if you are okay with being touched (for correcting your posture and movements), and if not, they respect your boundaries and make sure you feel comfortable. I would continue my membership here if I didn't move, but for anyone in the grapevine area this is the place you need to go for yoga.

Such a wonderful studio -- the instructors and members are all super nice. Really welcoming atmosphere. And currently the only place in Southlake for aerial yoga.
