Touchstone Imaging Southlake

I have had several procedures done at Touchstone. Each time the staff and technicians are friendly and courteous. You are taken by your appointment time with little waiting. Questions are answered and information is given freely. My technician, Soni, this time did an excellent job. Highly recommend this facility.

The woman at the front desk was welcoming and pleasant, and I only had to wait about 10 minutes before I was taken back for my scan. The technologist was pleasant and explained everything to me. She checked on me several times at each step. When she inserted my contrast IV, I barely felt it. My whole experience was great!

Every moment of my experience here was great! There was absolutely no wait time. I walked right in took a couple of minutes and they called me back. Christian, my x-ray tech was very knowledgeable, respectful and personable. I highly recommend this location!

Overall great experience. Very easy to get appointment scheduled. Receptionist was kind and efficient when I arrived. I did all my paperwork online before my appointment. Technician was very nice and professional. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Very nice facility.
