Brought my wife’s Highlander in for what I was pretty sure was failing alternator. Left the car thinking about noon thinking it’d be hours before they could get to it. By the time we got home, maybe 20 min, they had called, confirmed it was the alternator. When I asked how many long it’d be, they said they’d start now and I could pickup the same day around 430-5pm. Wow! Also had oil changed, tires rotated and drive belt changed. Didn’t try to upsell or pressure for more service, not any of that. Came to what we felt was a fair deal for the work and timely service. Met Monty himself too, nice and honest man. Great local garage, I see why there’s so many 5 star reviews. Will keep them for future service.

Another 5 star review for Monty! We have a Ford F-150 that we need to get to Colorado. Another automotive shop told us that we needed $2800 in repairs! Some of their quote had recently been done by them! A red flag went up. So I went to Monty. He personally checked everything thoroughly and only did one thing! Trust this young man. He is sharp and so very honest. No wonder why all of the great reviews! Thank you Monty!

Excellent service from this business at the Watauga location twice now even though they are busy most everyday. Had to order parts twice through them and both times they arrived within 3 hours or less and I was able to get my truck there immediately for repair. VERY NICE in this day and age, not every mechanical shop is the same, this place seems to care more for their customers than many other longer established facilities do.!! I'll be back for sure. THANKS to Monty's personnel for helping me out. THREE thumbs up..!!
