Watauga Automotive was incredible to work with. I had some car issues that needed to be fixed pretty urgently, and finding decent places in the area can be hard due to a lot of mechanics unfortunately being overpriced as is, but also overcharging or just being unreasonable to young women like myself that they assume don’t know much about cars anyways. I came in to Watauga Auto and they were the most kind, efficient, and fair people. I was in and out within an hour and their pricing was extremely reasonable. I am so thankful for their service this morning and i would highly recommend anyone to give them a visit if you’re having car issues. I’ll definitely be back in the future!

This is what a mechanic shop is supposed to be fair honest. Took my truck in thinking I needed brakes they took a look call me back and said your brakes are still good and told me how much I had left on them. These guys are my new go to mechanic.

I been with this mechanic for awhile now and they provide me with great service. I couldn't be more happier with them. I don't normally write reviews but when you check up on the work you do, preform the work well, and do everything the right way. That stuff doesn't go unnoticed.

I recently took my car in to have the AC serviced. Drop off at 9am, pick up at 3pm. After filling my freon, and changing the cabin filter, my air conditioning is icy! With a fair price, I am happy, and will continue to use Watauga Automotive to service our vehicles.
Andy is professional, friendly, and timely. He returned phone calls, left messages, and communicated well every step of the way -- a refreshing business practice that's hard to come by lately.
