  Derek is by far the best chiropractor I've ever been to, and I've been seeing him bi-weekly for over a year and a half. I've never had to wait to be adjusted past the scheduled time, and he's always given his complete and undivided attention throughout each session, which has typically been an issue with other chiropractors. I admire his ability to get to know his clients by asking the right questions, truly listening, and remembering what they said even months later. What puts him ahead of other medical professionals is the rapport he builds with his clients, his understanding of their life demands, and his willingness to work around them on short notice to the best of his ability. The added bonus is he is also my coach at CrossFit Watauga next door. So, he can easily sow what he reaps since he typically knows what caused my body's discomfort that week. I always feel tranquil and at ease when I leave his office.

  My family and I have seen Dr. Nelson for a few years now. He genuinely cares about his patients, takes the time to listen. He also explains and provides you with exercises you can do at home so you can get to feeling better and get back to doing things you love to do! We wouldn’t trade him for the world!
  Plus, we love Anna, she’s an amazing assistant.

  Do it. Go see him.
  I have never been to a chiropractor before. Was very hesitant to find one. I picked RRP because they had good reviews.
  Man did Dr Nelson blow my expectations out of the water!
  He is here to honestly help you. You can absolutely tell he wants to help fix you and not just get your money.
  I can't say enough good things about this place.
  Do not hesitate to go see him. Hands down best DR experience I have ever had.

  RRP and Dr. Derek Nelson are amazing. Dr. Derek is the most thorough chiropractor I have seen in my life... I spent several years and thousands of dollars at another Chiropractor in the Metroplex for little avail. Dr. Derek not only corrected my "issues", but also taught me so much through his honesty, commitment to care, and time investment in me as a person versus a client. Wellness is certainly a lifestyle, but a lifetime commitment to chiropractic care should not be. Come to RRP to experience pain relief and learn how to maintain it!!
