  My phone stopped receiving some calls today. After a fruitless call with AT&T/FIrstNet support who blamed a tower, I stopped into this store. Three different employees including the manager all got involved and after multiple calls to AT&T support, they got my phone working. What surprised me was their attitude -- they weren't going to let me leave without getting my phone fixed. Gracious service that went above and beyond the call today. (Pun intended.)

  I stopped by bc my phone was completely shattered. Summer was extremely patient and helpful. I am not tech savvy and tend to get annoyed with situations like this. She went above and beyond. A claim was filed and turns out the phone I received was refurbished and defective. When I finally received the replacement for my replacement, I went back to the store and was helped by Keegan. He was also really patient and was able to get everything situated. The only reason I gave 4 stars is due to the defect. If I had known I would receive a refurbished phone I would not have purchased the insurance. If I was rating my experience with the onsite team only, it would be 5 stars.

  Went in to get my mom a phone for her birthday the employee summer made it painless. very quick process she was very friendly and professional. The other staff was also friendly.????????????????????????

  Jordan made my experience upgrading my phone a pleasant one; super helpful and a great guy. This store is clean and everyone's always ready to help you out. 10/10 would come back for sure.
