I just used Mark for the first time for a rather complicated mediation. He was friendly, professional, thorough, and very reasonable with his pricing. In my opinion he went above and beyond. I would highly recommend Mark.

Since mediation is confidential, there are no specifics. Mark takes confidentiality very seriously, and I have seen him put people at ease with those reassurances. He is an active and careful listener, and is able to talk people down when the stress of being in a difficult legal process gets to them. He treats everyone with kindness and honesty, and does an excellent job of settling even extremely tough cases that seem unfixable without a trial. Can't recommend him highly enough.

I have been using Mark Sims for years. He is my go to mediator for all my Family Law cases. Mark is fluent in spanish as well, which is extremely helpful with many of my clients. He has a really high success rate on achieving a final agreement. I highly recommend Mark Sims.

Mark Sims obviously loves what he does. I don’t know what is the appeal or attraction to putting oneself in the arena with two angry bulls but for Mark it’s just another day at the office. He has a gentle way about him and is quite calm and even-tempered. Coming to the mediation table is uncomfortable. It’s easy to imagine the worst. Mark does not try and force an outcome or merely seek compromise. He seeks to find a way to an acceptable agreement. He walks between the two mediation rooms where the opposing parties sit and those parties may be miles apart. Mark will walk back and forth and listen and watch for the signs that the miles have shrunk to a few feet and the feet become inches and the inches reveal an opportunity to actually meet and agree. He can be trusted to be impartial and honest. Imagine you could bring your favorite uncle to the mediation table – that’s Mark.
