My family and I returned to the Colony after moving to another state for 4 years, for good reasons. Everyone from the leasing office to the maintenance here, are truly amazing and the apartments are beautiful!. Big thank you to Briana, the leasing manager, for always taking time to listen and check in like a friend. I am so grateful to be part of this community again!

My family and I lived here for exactly two years during the pandemic and we have nothing but great things to say about the property and its staff. I wrote a review last year because I was absolutely moved by the way that the property manager, Fack, went above and beyond to vouch for my family when we found ourselves in a very unique, sensitive situation.

In this updated review, however, I need to specifically thank Joe and Monica; there were many times when I was unable to lift or remove my delivered packages (my weight is in the double digits) from the lockers and Joe actually went out of his way to lift, carry, and deliver my heavy packages to my door for me! And this year, even after we had moved out, the account manager, Monica, really went to bat for us when I expressed that we were unable to pay our move-out expenses, staying in contact with us even though she, herself, was dealing with a lot personally.

Fack, Joe, and especially, Monica, are the most compassionate, phenomenal people I have ever met and the Colony at Bear Creek is exceptionally lucky to have them. Thank you so much for making the worst period of my life, just that much more bearable.

I recently moved out after 6 plus years and I am going to miss the Colony at Bear Creek. From the Leasing office to the Maintenance team, the Superior Service is unmatched. This team actually cares about the well-being of their tenants. They prove this by the way they stay on top of any situation and always paying close attention to detail. At the Colony, I never felt like I was just a number. This team really does care. At times even having fun activities for the kids and family. It’s a great community and my experience at The Colony at Bear Creek, will always be a time that was dear to me and I would recommend this as a place that you can truly call home…

Monica has been amazing! I love the customer service at the Colony! Monica has made my move easy and efficient. Concerns are met with immediate validation and action. My apartment is beautiful and so perfect for my dogs and I. Not only do I get to live in a quiet area with views of trees, but I get to have management like Monica who are there for me if I need help. I am so grateful to the Colony for making me feel at home, safe, and happy!!! I have visited several other residences before choosing the Colony and there it is the best! Thank you Monica and the Colony :)

My family and I have lived here at the Colony for about 5 months now, and the experience has been super great! The management and staff are great people, they are humble, kind, and friendly. They make sure they give you the best service ever! We like our apartment and the community is awesome (friendly people and it looks so beautiful...very well maintained). I'd highly recommend it to anyone!
