  I've worked for Westminster for a year now and it's such a wonderful place to work. Our management is very supportive and approachable and definitely is flexible with scheduling. Westminster has the best benefits package you can ask for and they find ways to show our associates that they are appreciated consistently.

  Exceptional place to be at 90. We're cared for in every need. Efforts are constant to keep us in independent living, but we know assisted living and skilled nursing levels of care are available when we will need additional care, and we witness the high quality of those support levels constantly as well. I'd recommend Westminster to all my friends, and several are moving here.

  It is a great place to live. WM has a fantastic team to take care of all of our needs. In addition to excellent health care service, there are weekly high quality performance programs, great daily exercise programs, new gym and an updated swimming pool, weekly outings, transportation services to medical appointments, weekly maid service, and two dining halls and an excellent meal plan including free continental breakfast. It is a wonderful community where residents can make friends and enjoy life together.

  Westminster is a great place to work. For the last 16 years I have been able to grow my career and raise my family. Westminster has a wonderful benefits package, generous paid time off and really understands that family is important.
  The residents of Westminster are smart, funny and kind. They appreciate the associates and all that we do to make their home extraordinary.
  It has been an honor and a privilege to be a part of this growing community.

  From the time we moved into Westminster we have been treated with warmth, respect, and wonderful friendship. When my husband was seriously ill and eventually passed away, the capable nursing staff took such gentle care of him. They also helped me through my time of grief.
  
  On a different tone, Westminster kept us safe during the pandemic and is once again providing us with outstanding programs and trips around Austin. I can't imagine anyone's being bored here! I also can't imagine living anywhere else in Austin than at Westminster!!
