  Lone Star Carpets is one of the best flooring companies I've ever worked with! They have excellent customer service and communication, and their level of work is top-notch. They are timely, professional, flexible and dependable. I highly recommend them for any type of floor install you need!

  Chase and his team were professional and they got the job done in record time. When I found mistakes, they came out promptly to fix them. The only issue I had was with the General Contractor Chase had recommended to me to finish some of the additional baseboard/paint work (David Roseland - ContourATX LLC). David and his team did a terrible job on the paint, failed to install the toilet, painted a room they weren't supposed to and painted 'free hand' after my brand new floors were installed. It was only Chase's team that knew how to install a shim on the door jambs and they sort of fixed the issue (however these shims still needed to be sanded and painted ) ..David's team tried to caulk in 1/2 inch gaps which left a goopy mess all over my brand new floors. David's team also didn't re-install the doors or appliances and later I would find that the door frames they installed didn't fit when the doors were re-hinged. I would use LSC again but do NOT use the GC that Chase recommended (David Roseland - I'm not sure if he's even licensed and he has no working website or reviews (shame on me for hiring him)). I've included photos of the floor, the caulking from the GC that Chase recommended, the shims installed by LSC team and the shoddy work done by the contractor they recommended.

  David Burk at Lone Star Carpet has been helping out our clients for almost 10 years now. We can always count on these guys to deliver on time and with a quality product and a competitive price. We have used a number of other flooring vendors in the past but have since then just decided to use Lone Star exclusively. These guys know flooring and will knock out any type of job you need completed. Highly recommended!
