Nicole couldn't have been anymore helpful. She thoroughly explained the use of my new CPAP machine. Made sure the mask I had fit and was properly working. She was patient and answered all my questions.
I have used Healthline medical for a number of years and they have always been great to work with. I highly recommend them.

I am so happy with this company!! After months of circling back due to insurance, this company got me the equipment I needed in less than a week! Gilbert hosted the 'group class' to introduce and teach us how to use everything, and he was awesome! Great sense of humor, extremely knowledgeable, nice & relaxed atmosphere for all of us newbies. I was uncertain of the group setting, but I think it was better than an individual session because other people had questions that I forgot. I left with tons of info and I now have a great company to help me in the future.

Excellent handling of my CPAP replacement, after waiting over a year, due to Covid-related shortages. These folks were able to get me a machine, where others could not.
Vanessa handled my replacement professionally and efficiently. Kudos also to the front office staff!

One thing, however,
.. if I ever need to go for another fitting, I'll be sure to take the time and practice putting on/taking off the mask. Even bringing in a pillow could help me know if the model would be good for side sleepers like me.

After being skeptical about this so to speak life altering device, I am so pleased with it. The crew at this Healthline location in Austin was great, a little iffy at the reception but great to meet Veronica my instructor. She was thorough even when my phone did not cooperate upon setup. I did speak to Nicole prior to the appointment and she was a delight . I still feel slightly confined but eager to see my results in the AM. They already sent me my replacement nasal pillows, I'm impressed with them and the technology, as long as there are no recalls for this model. Thank you for such professionalism, you rock!
