  I just had a total knee replacement and I can’t believe how well I’m doing. Pain management has been great. Dr. Gallagher‘s office team has been fantastic. Dr. Gallagher explains things clearly, has a great bedside manner and easy to talk to. I would recommend him to anyone that is needing orthopedic care.
  UPDATE: six weeks later… I’m out walking a couple miles, very little pain and almost have complete range of motion. So happy with the results.

  Dr. Gallagher handled my knee incident like a real professional. He had me scheduled for a visit to his office very quick after the call to his office. After a few xrays he sat me down in his office and went over my options. He had no hesitation when I chose the option of full knee replacement over just prolonging the obvious with injections. He had me scheduled right away for surgery. So far the pain management has been simple, not to mention the minimal amount of pain I have endured so far. I would recommend Dr. Gallagher to everyone including my own family. Thank you Dr. Gallagher for the new knee and for giving me my life back.

  Dr. Gallagher replaced my left hip on a Thursday Afternoon, !2/5/19.
  Every step of the process went perfect. I was carefully walking without a cane after just 4 days. I've had minimal pain and the incision was only 4" long. I feel that 1 more week, (3 weeks post surgery) and I'll be better than new. You wont meet a better, more professional Doctor than Dr. Gallagher.

  From our first visit to the post-op follow up, Dr. Gallagher and his team were first rate. Comprehensive review of my case accompanied with details of all my options made the decision making process very simple.
  
  Once we decided on a total knee replacement, it went like clockwork from beginning to end. I can’t say enough about how thorough and efficient the entire process was completed. Thank you.

  I can't even begin to say how impressed I am with Dr. Gallagher. My husband did a lot of research on orthopedic surgeons when it came time for me to get my hip replaced. He narrowed it down to three, and my daughter, a nurse in Austin, asked all the doctors she had contact with who is the best. Dr. Gallagher's name came out on top every time. I am 24 hours post-op, and I am already so impressed. He uses the latest, least-invasive method so the recovery time is reduced. He has a wonderful personality, and makes you feel very comfortable. His office staff is amazing, and so very easy to work with. We live 6 hours away, and I am so happy that I chose to come all the way to Austin and use Dr. Gallagher.
