I was informed that the oil change and tire rotation would take a little over an hour and it was completed on time. I did purchase my Frontier from South Austin Nissan, but I live in Midland, Tx, but I will come to Austin as many times as I can for auto service. I was impressed that much. Thanks again.

The next day Trevor helped navigate moving forward by handing off to an employee in finance and making sure I was comfortable while I waited. He was friendly and personable. I have no complaints about any part Trevor played in what can be a stressful situation for people (the prospect of a big purchase and commitment). There's nothing more he could have done for me, and there's nothing he did that he shouldn't have. He did a fine job.

It was an awesome experience, he was diligent from our first phone call in helping me find my best suited match and never even came across as a salesman. (December 7, 2020, 3:30 pm)Love these guys. The service department is amazing. I’m in the process of trading in my Pathfinder for a new 2020 Frontier midnight edition. The Sales team is going above and beyond to get me the best deal. I have owned and driven 9 different Nissan vehicles in my life and I’m a fan.
Tell the finance department that I appreciate them and I hope they can put the deal together for me today.
