Betty from DHL was AMAZING. She is probably the first service provider I have met in years who was solution based, quick on her feet and happy to accommodate . She is an asset to the company. She made a stressful situation very seamless for me!

My wife and I had no idea how to send a package to our relatives out of the country. We went to the East Windsor branch and was helped by Kelli who did everything for us. She was so much help.

I had a great experience with the East Windsor DHL office. I had to send some very important items to a family member in California and wanted to make sure I was doing it correctly. The DHL employee that helped me was Kelly. She was very friendly and walked me through the shipping process. The package arrived in California as promised. I will definitely be using DHL's East Windsor office for future shipments.

EXCELLENT service!! I had a package hit this facility the same day I needed it and the lovely associates pulled it off the delivery truck for me and got it! Five stars isn’t enough to express my gratitude at the kindness and helpfulness of the people here.

I rarely leave reviews but I have to say that the customer service at the Monroe branch was excellent 👌, Debbie was amazing she helped me with everything I needed quickly and with a smile, they go above and beyond to help you. And i must say I love the Christmas spirit, great decorating, I will be coming back with all my shipping needs.
