Absolute gem of a fitness studio. The manager Erin really gets to know her patrons and has a wonderful personality. Coach Brandi and Coach Carl are phenomenal. They are really helping me physically and mentally be the best version of myself at a healthy pace! It's fun and modifiable to your current fitness level. So happy I started!

Orange Theory has changed my life and my body. The coaches and staff at the Lewis Center are like family to me. I cant miss a workout my day just doesn't feel the same.

I like the variety of each workout - the mix of running, rower and weight lifting really makes a great total body workout. Although you are doing the same thing as other members, the coaches at OTF Lewis Center really allow you to have the chance to take ownership of the class, and your fitness journey. The staff and the coaches take each workout seriously (as should anyone) but always make things fun.

I am not fitness freek or do basic exercises to start with. I have joined Orange theory (Lewis Center, Ohio) and they motivated me to the core to be more fit. Also the staff are so helpful starting from front desk to the trainers. They have really good patience in answering all my questions I had asked them…
