(January 13, 2023, 1:35 am)I've been working with Lauren for the past seven months or so to overcome a phobia I've had since I was a kid. It was something I thought I'd never get over, and it's caused me a lot of stress in the past. With Lauren's help, I not only feel confident now that I can handle the fear, but I've also developed a strong sense of compassion for the thing that used to frighten me. Totally life-changing experience, and I'm glad I did it. Exposure therapy isn't easy, but Lauren did a fantastic job of gauging my limits and helping me make progress every week. I am so grateful and can't recommend this place enough!
