The results you can achieve over a short period of time are unbelievable. The club is clean and well kept. What I love most is the trainers are enthusiastic, engaging, encouraging and well prepared for the class. The studio has an awesome community feel. If you want to see results while being in a fun environment, I highly recommend you check out F45 Four Points.
