I cannot express how amazing Monika is as a realtor and as a person!! She went above and beyond to find my dream apartment. She did not give up until she found everything I was looking for. Monika took time out of her busy schedule to drive me to an apartment complex to tour and guarantee that it wasn’t leased before I could apply. Although I did not end up at that property, I found a better one and I couldn’t be any happier with the apartment complex I ended up renting from. My dog loves the apartment too and has already made new puppy friends. I highly recommend contacting Monika if you need to find your dream home!! Thank you again!!!

I’ve been looking for an apartment for over 5 months, with a broken lease on my credit it’s been extremely hard and I kept getting denied and losing money in the process. When I reached out to Monika she was very honest, straightforward and quick with the process. By the next day she gave me 2 options in my area and I was approved the next day! I have just moved a week ago to Austin. I am not used to apartment hunting here and needing agents.
However when I made my first call, Danielle Rogo was assisting me. She was responsive and amazing. She worked very hard. However through a miscommunication on my side and my impatience I ended up going directly to the office hoping to find more immediate results. I am very impatient and can be difficult to work with. At the office Natasha assisted me. She actually helped with her wonderful desk top get me through an application process quickly. I just have to wait now.
Overall Homeplace Apartment Search is a wonderful company with wonderful and responsive agents. If this apartment does not work out I will continue to use them for my housing quest in the town.

I was referred to NATASHIA SHEERIN by an apartment complex and I cannot stress enough what a blessing it was to "meet" her!!!!!! We are moving from Florida and so that is just so overwhelming but Natashia worked tirelessly to help me find an apartment. We are self employed so that is a challenge. We have an American Bulldog too as well as kids so we had a LOT of specifics that needed to be met. Natashia is friendly, professional, and excellent at what she does. She was available by text, email, and phone so it was SO nice to know you have a real person who cares about placing your family available. Although we ultimately went with an apartment she did not find, she was absolutely crucial in helping me narrow down an area. She helped me to learn what we needed to have to qualify, and she helped us find places without breed restrictions. THANK YOU NATASHIA for all your hard work for me and my family!!

Terri Winters is a PHENOMENAL agent. I was under a tight Deadline to move with some special circumstances. She responded to every inquiry and went to bat for me to find the perfect spot. Without her my family would've been staying in a hotel for at least a month. With her guidance and her connections we were able to find a place within 48 hours.
