Great Food! Great Service and Really enjoyed my server Douglas. He made sure me and my friend were taken very good care of! I appreciate his service and time and hrs work. Please make sure his work and praise doesn’t go unnoticed, he made this experience worth it
Finally made it in to one of my SW Austin restaurant bookmarks! My son (picky eater) and I were the first one in yesterday for lunch. It took a little convincing to encourage a new spot. So worth it! The place is beautiful, shiny, and tons of happy staff members ready to assist! The host immediately sat us exactly in the kind of table we wanted. Lexi quickly stopped by to get us something to drink. Next Doug came by to get our food going. We starred with the charred Tuscan bread tower, so delicious. Then we had an amazing 3 cheese & basil pizza. Finally tried we tried a signature dish STEAK! Everything was DELICIOUS! Chef inspired cuisine. Everyone from the kitchen to the host made our experience wonderful! We will definitely make Carve a new favorite!
Food was delicious here! Service was excellent. Restaurant atmosphere is very fun industrial/modern look and great accent lights. Pricey but worth it for the quality of food. I got the NY Strip and asparagus and my colleague and I shared the Lobster Corn Dogs (a dish that became popular on Master Chef). My friend had the gnocchi which was well seasoned and creamy. Would recommend.
Had a weird start trying to get a low top table indoors for my pregnant friend when we had a reservation, but eventually got us figured out. The food/drinks were stellar and we had a great time overall though! I loved the carve lunch platter where I got to try a little of everything, had a bit of my friend's pork chop (omg was this one of the most juicy bites I've had for a pork chop), and brusselsprouts were yummy. Cherry jubilee pie dish was fun and tasty as well. Will definitely be back!
We came here for brunch on Sunday. It was not crowded at all at 11. If you go after 1230, I might make a reservation. The food was solid but the brunch punch was the star of the show. We started with the breakfast pizza as an appetizer and it was good. A little salt and pepper made it better. The lobster corndogs was my meal and they were good. I would definitely return and sit on the patio. It has a better view.
