I ordered the below three items on a Friday and was concern if I would receive them by the next Friday in order to be used at an event. Therefore, I called Sandra and left her a message. Within 10 minutes she returned my call. What was super amazon was she was on vacation and at the beach with family and yet returned my call. She told me she sees the order and will process it first thing Monday morning and I should get it on time.
On Monday morning I get a call from Sandra that the flag that I ordered would not correctly go with the pole I bought, flag with grommets vice a flag with a sleeve. She took the initiative and replaced the flag, even though it was a little more money, in order to get the flag to me on time. I whole heartily agreed and thank her for her proactive action on my behalf.
Once she got tracking data, items shipped by UPS, she passed the tracking number too me.
The package arrived just after lunch on Thursday afternoon.
I could not be happier with the flag and pole.
