Her instructions are detailed, sincere, and passionate. In my opinion, her Pilates training is unique and encouraging. I have had Pilates in other places and with other instructors throughout the years and nothing compares to Karen. Hers is skill, knowledge, heart and soul. Never met anyone like Karen in all my years of any form of exercise. She will change your life to the best it can be.

Pilates with Karen has been the biggest blessing I didn't even know I needed. Every time a client attends her class, you are taught how to use your brain to control your muscles and posture. She imparts so much of her amazing knowledge in biomechanics in a funny and easy to understand way. This is not a class you need to already be in great shape for because she can work with any level of body condition. The magic is that she gets in your head and improves your posture with simple thoughts and practices, which in turn actually improves your health in tons of ways including alleviating pain, improving digestion, stronger muscles and an empowered mindset about your body.
