Austonia RV Park

Mike and Tara are such great hosts! They went above and beyond to make space for our family to stay which we really appreciated. Our kids had a great time making friends on the playground and running around the park. It’s also the first park we’ve stayed at where you can walk to get a delicious latte from the drive-thru coffee spot at the front of the property. Will absolutely be staying here again!

Overall fantastic experience. The sunset views were amazing, friendly host and other guests, and a relaxing vibe. Even though it is off of 71, it was quite peaceful and our family had a wonderful weekend here. Strongly recommend getting coffee at Austonia coffee as well!

This is a nice park, with full hookups, good wifi, and picnic tables at each site. There is a little road noise but not enough to bother sleeping.

The owners are very friendly and easy to work with. They even gave us a good price for parking with electric hookup while we flew out of town, such that it was about the same price (and safer, and kept our fridge cold) than parking at the airport even with $35 round trip Uber ride.

I just wrapped up a 2 1/2 month stay at Austonia. From the initial contact to set up my reservation and throughout my entire stay Mike, the owner was wonderful to work with and very attentive and responsive to any needs or questions. I wanted to do a lot of exploring while in Central Texas and this was a great location to set up base camp. Close to Austin but also easy access to the highway so I could get everywhere I needed to go. The park is set far enough back from the highway so that it's nice and quiet. Many of the other parks in the area are right on the highway and would be pretty noisy. The property is expansive and it's easy to maneuver your rig. The internet was blazing fast and reliable. They have begun a significant expansion and Mike has great plans for the park which are now taking shape. I look forward to staying there again the next time I visit the Austin area.
