The drivers are all very kind and helpful, assisting with loading and unloading my baggage. There is always a bus coming very soon for pick up at the car or at the airport. After a long visit my car battery needed a jump, and with one call, there was staff there very quickly to give me the boost needed so I could get home. Service is the key word, and Fast Park & Relax has it! This is my second time using Fast Park, and it will not be my last, as I'll be using your service again when I fly to see my grandkids this coming winter. Thank you for making the beginning and end of my travels so easy.
I started using Fast Park for all my work travel and then really for all my travel. I never wait for a shuttle. It's extremely fast and even when my flights get delayed and I get back at 2am, someone comes right out. Making reservations are really easy online and I like how easily you can earn free parking days. Staff is always friendly.
Good service, although we had technical difficulties with my coupon. It was figured out and everyone was friendly. Their rates have recently gone up, I assume to keep up with inflation. They are a reliable service and the only one I've used at AUS. My only complaint are the air fresheners in the shuttles. Some people (myself included) are sensitive to artificial/toxic scents. I was crossing my fingers that I didn't get sick or get a migraine, and luckily, was able to double mask. Just something to consider.
Back in the Before Times, we used Fast Park consistently. Fast forward, several years later, to our first family trip parking a car at the airport. So pleasantly surprised that the same ease, value, and service is still there. We're going to be customers going forward. And if the managers end up reading this, please tell Albert that he has two little girls who are his biggest fans. They loved their trip on the "little green bus" even more than the plane ride. Tell him Z and A's parents are eternally grateful and are loyal customers, in no small part because our our trip both to and from the airport with Albert!
