KC is helping the community. Today during this ice storm, he saw me walking towards the gas station for supplies and gave me a ride to three different gas stations until I had what I needed to get my wife and kids through the week. During that time he also helped others along the way. If this is any representatuon of his customer service, then this business has to be amazing, will be using his services in the future!

My water is amazing, this company is amazing. They are friendly, efficient, and cost effective. I would recommend their services to anyone looking to install a water filtration system. They have their own plumbers on payroll, so that means they can do more than just hook up a system, to a pre-existing piping system. In my case, I didn't have a loop pipe, and they installed everything they have to offer, in less than 5 hours. The day after I accepted their work. I love these guy's. Keep up the great work!

I am very pleased with our new water system that I purchased from KC Water Filtration & Purification. I got the whole house system with carbon filter tank and the RO system under the kitchen sink. Kelly installed the RO himself and even ran a line to my ice maker.
The install was very professional. They even ran an extra line off the main to my underground sprinkler system so I would not be using the filtered water up on the yard and they put one outside spigot(faucet) for the filtered water and one for the non filtered water so I can have the option for filtered water outside. This is nice for an outside drink, washing the dog, or a play in the hose for my son.
Kelly is a nice person to do business with, as well as his wife Christie and his plumber does top notch work! Everything was cleaned up after the install and they made sure everything worked and explained to how the system worked. The system is maintenance free except for the periodic filter changes and adding salt. The new systems do not use much salt as the media is much better now days, and does not add much salt to the water, unlike older systems with inferior media.
My water is very soft and I use less soap and do not have to wipe my shower door after showering since the water does not leave spots.
As for the quality of the drinking water, it is perfect, and has a nice sweet taste and a great ph, which is very important for your health. I tested it a about 8, which is alkaline...you do not want to be drinking acidic water.
The system was much less that the price two other "big name" companies were going to charge me. I was investing in my health and I feel this is the best investment I have made in a long time...way over due. After all, our bodies are made mostly of water!!
I highly recommend KC if you need a system, and you will be glad you made the change from city water, which is not good for you to say the least.

Thanks to KC water for the great system and professional service! I am a customer for life.

Being new to Texas, we bought a new construction home not realizing that we would need a water softener (or the loop for it). It became inevitable very quickly as hard water and it's ugly stains began to make an appearance throughout our whole house (shower doors, granite, dishes, etc.). We had no idea who to hire as we are new to the area, so we asked our builder's plumber for a recommendation, and he referred us to Kelly.

Because we are so busy, Kelly offered to give us a preliminary bid just by emailing him a picture of our house and where the softener would be installed, and after emailing him several questions about the estimate he provided us with, he offered to come out to the house to walk us through everything. Despite our hundreds of questions and water softener ignorance, he was very clear and thorough with his explanations of the softener and the installation process, and made more than one trip out to the house before the install to make sure that we felt confident in our decision to hire him.

Because of Kelly, we are confident that we made the right and most cost effective decision in the softener we chose and the person we chose to install it since his products, knowledge, and customer service cannot me matched. He and his wife, Cristy, who assists with the scheduling in their family owned business, were both very personable and professional, and we could not be happier with the end result!
