  Every single person I came in contact with was so friendly. The Medical Technician was so kind to me and I was so thankful for her positive mood.
  I waited a long time, but honestly it's expected, especially now with covid with more cleaning protocols and precautions. Everyone from the front desk to Corey was super kind and made sure I was doing well.
  The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because:
  1) the building isn't soundproof AT ALL. I could hear every conversation between patients and providers and even all the way to the front desk. (Yes my door was closed).
  2) Lonestar company had to reschedule my visit with someone 4 times. It was a pain and I was super stressed out by it. The first time was because they overbooked appointments and had to kick me out of my previously made appointment. The second time was they scheduled me for a time I said I couldn't do. Third was my fault! And fourth was with Corey. It was a hassle but it worked out in the end.

  Went today to Lone Star Circle of Care at Jonestown, TX and was seen by Rose Koneski. She was very professional and caring. I love that she patiently listened to all I said and provided me with a much needed referral to a specialist. She also ordered the right exams so I can get an accurate diagnosis and the right treatment. The office is super clean and the rest of the staff is also very professional and nice. Thank you for an awesome experience.
