  My experience so far is beyond patient services. They are a compassionate, understanding and knowledgeable group ready to assist you at every turn. Highly recommended!

  My first order was great. I logged onto the patient portal and placed my 1st order which was discounted at 20% just as stated on their website. I placed my 2nd order on July 15 and was charged $180 for two bottles of tincture. I was supposed to be charged $135 because their FAQ says that on your 2nd order it is "buy one and get 50% off on second one". So I placed my order for 2 bottles. I had several email exchanges with them about this and they told me that I was correct and should have been charged $135 not $180. I check everyday and they *STILL* don't have the invoice right. Currently it's showing that I'm to pick this up at their north location on 7/22. That is two days away and this has not be straightened out. If they are going to offer discounts they should honor them!
  
  Texas needs more dispensaries so people can shop around when they get the runaround like this.
  
  Update 7/22/2022: After seeing this review, I was contacted by the Marketing Director who apologized for the problems I encountered with my order. They offered to discount my next purchase by 20% which I thought was a nice gesture. I picked up my order this morning at the North Austin location. I am updating this review from 2 stars to 4 stars. I would have given them 5 stars but that would have required the order to error free to start with. I will continue using this dispensary for now.

  Can say that thanks to the C.U.P and the great product provided by tx original im able to be more mobile ! Not gonna say I’m pain free but it’s controlled with the medication I was prescribed! No more side effects from pain killers or muscle relaxers . Bye gone to the anxiety and depression associated with my life changing experience . Thanks a lot form the bottom of my heart and my family’s I can truly say medical marijuana has improved my life .

  This place is amazing! The customer service is exceptional, the ladies at the dispensary explained everything to me, they were so kind and professional. Texas Originals is a great place to get your medical cannibis, everyone is so nice and the gummies I chose for my spasticity are so delicious! Highly recommend.
