Klay and LIght were great! From pre-op knee replacement exercises to therapy for total knee replacement - my knee is pretty much back to normal. I can resume planning my next hiking trip! I also had some back issues, and after some therapy we came up with a home exercise plan to keep me picking up the grandkids! Hope I don't need any PT in the future, but if I do, I will be coming here! Thanks guys!
