  I’ve been coming to Integra for years. Kristin, Isaiah, and Priscilla have helped my recover from countless injuries and surgeries. The entire staff is a joy. The knowledge and care they share with patients priceless.

  I was hesitant to come here at first due to its out-of-the-way location and small demeanor, but it was a good distance away so I chose it.
  
  What I felt when I first walked in was an air of safety and relief. The place was actually bigger than I imagined, extending out into a garage and office type building with bountiful equipment and a comfy feel. This place was definitely the right place to choose.
  
  Kristen, the lead physical therapist who took the first two weeks to personally work with me and my torn labrum throughout my hour-long appointments twice a week was very nice, welcoming, and encouraging while also pushing me and ensuring my safety. She is a great conversationalist, is very knowledgeable and dependable, and was very gentle with my sensitive shoulder injury. She made sure to follow my doctor’s directions to the letter was always telling me to stop whenever I start feeling bad pain (internal major pain vs regular working out pain). She was creative in her exercises and was great and efficient at her job. I felt the rapid improvement in my shoulder because of her greatness as well as my driven nature that loves to compete with pain on a mental level. Overall, she was a great physical therapist, and I would for sure recommend her and this place to my closest friends and family.
  
  Kevin was another physical therapist who worked with me through my first 30 minutes (Kristen works with my last 30 minutes). This man was such a chill and cool dude who loved to learn about his patient and even remembered a lot of things I told him about my high school life and MCJROTC. He always ensured my safety and was very encouraging just like Kristen was, and supplemented my already overly positive feelings that I felt towards this place. He always made sure I wasn't pushing myself too hard, and worked really hard to genuinely get to know me as a human being and not another patient. What a gigachad.
  
  Overall, I loved this place and it has brought me back to about 85% of what I used to be (the recommended amount of recovery before you at supposed to continue on your own), and my recovery journey was based solely on my lifestyle, goals, and everyday activities. I felt motivated and excited to come and talk to the staff at this place including the receptionists and other physical therapists that I did not get to know well. If you want to get better after a major injury, make sure to go to this specific location and to work hard. The staff works as hard as their patients here at this Integra Physical Therapy.

  I am currently in my second round of PT at Integra and have had nothing more than a positive experience. My first time, I saw Isiah. I was having chronic pain everywhere (and have all my life), so I was referred to start PT. Not only was he super helpful, but he was the person who helped me figure out my diagnosis. He (obviously) did not diagnose me, but he told me what my symptoms seemed like and where to go from there. Eventually, I got tested. Sure enough that’s what it was.
  I currently see Kristen who has also been extremely helpful. She is always very patient with me and allows me to take the time I need with things (such as sitting up).
  All of the staff have always gone above and beyond to make the experience as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. From having random conversations about life and hobbies during exercises to being happily greeted and welcomed when walking in, I cannot recommend Integra enough.

  My experience with Integra Physical Therapy was all positive. Front desk staff were always warm and friendly. I had to reschedule a few appointments and they very accommodating. Dr. Isaiah Martinez was my therapist. He provided thorough explanations on every excercise and treatment performed. Dr. Martinez also challenged me, but never put me in position that would jeopardize my recovery. I really appreciated how personable he became as time went on. He'd ask how my son's basketball game went and so on. Thank you to the whole Integra team for giving me a good customer experience.

  Great manual & physical therapy. I'm back after a few years with a new injury and this place is as good as ever. Priscilla is the best physical therapist I've ever seen, and she keeps a great staff of techs, front desk and billing personnel. Everyone is kind and considerate, and the patients are all treated very well. If the need arises, you will be glad you came here for healing. I am!
