  Food was good, staff needs more training on customer service. Pretty Pricey!! All in all it was good.

  We stopped here on a whim, when driving to Houston from Austin. I'm glad we did. The loaded potato was huge. Everything was so tender that I didn't even use the knife! I'd recommend the spicy BBQ sauce, as it helps offset the sweetness. And the spice level is pretty subtle.
  
  Other tips: it is similar to a small convenience store with a variety of snacks and drinks available to purchase, in addition to the food. It also has decent restroom facilities.

  Try the LEAN BRISKET!
  The Sliced Lean Brisket Sandwich was more than enough for one person - and reasonably priced. Sandwiches are available with or without sauce. We chose their Spicy Sauce, served on the side. You can also add pickles, onions and jalapenos... which we did.
  I like their Lean Brisket because you can taste the smoky flavor in each bite. Honestly, this meat is so good... adding any sauce to it is actually an insult! It is so tender, moist and flavorful, it would be perfect to serve during a Sunday Family Meal!
  Desserts! The German Chocolate Cake is moist and tastes really good! I like it because it is not overloaded with coconut.... it has just enough!
  If you ever drive thru Waller County, do your appetite a favor... Try this BBQ!l

  Brisket is fabulous. I ordered the beef plate that came with two sides. I got potato Salad and baked beans... Don't waste your money, just order a pound of beef and enjoy.

  Overall I give an A... Potato salad was very sweet and the moist side of the brisket was tender but needed sauce because it was dry. But the sauce was too sweet also. I got a rib and brisket plate with iced tea... 20 bucks... So its a tad pricey as well... Not bad barbecue but not great barbecue.
