  I took advantage of the free class and it was very challenging. I like the heart monitor and data provided, the instructor has immense energy, ran a smooth class with no confusion, excellent motivator and he looks like he is in great shape and the music was plus. facility looked very clean, the equipment is updated, DISINFECTED and I felt safe during this COVID-19 pandemic. Front door staff was friendly,attentive, and followed pandemic procedures by taking my temp and disinfecting my shoes and hands. I just learned so much I left feeling so accomplished!! I hope to start before the month of August ends. I know they will help me achieve my long term and short term goals.

  This is to congratulate the Laredo OT, I signed up for a free class, since I had heard good things about Orange Theory. They came short in describing the gym.
  To start with front desk, Monique, Horacio, they are extremely professional, courteous, and made the process extremely comfortable, understandable and a friendly one.
  I have been to several CrossFit and studios with classes and even been personal trained HOWEVER nothing like Arturo Jasso. He was energetic, professional, attentive, dynamic personality and the personal attention given to everyone in the class, he was extremely encouraging and he impacted me positively. Congrats to all the coaches!
  I would recommend Orange Theory in a heartbeat!
  Once again, congratulations for having exceptional professionals, with positive personalities!

  I want to congratulate the entire team at the Laredo, Texas location. The reception is always willing to help with any issues and has been incredibly attentive to me and my family. The coaches are absolutely great! I want to give a huge shout out to coach Derek for his incredible attention to detail with every minute of our work out and for encouraging every single person in the class to do their best every day. This location's work ethic is something to note.

  I can’t begin to explain how great the front staff is here. They’re one of the main reasons why I keep coming back. There is also a ver educated and fun coaching staff here. There is hardly any shyness from any staff member, and that’s a good thing.

  OTF Laredo has been life changing for my husband. I’ve been fitness oriented for awhile and it’s been an opportunity to grow and challenge myself along side my husband and we are being encourage with each workout we attend. In the over 50 club we both are recognized and called by name by the instructors... they are upbeat and always positive!!! It motivates you to push yourself and work hard all the time!!! We live it!!!
