Bridgemoor Transitional Care - Round Rock

Bridgemoor was a wonderful place for my Dad. Staff was attentive and dedicated and kept us updated on his rehab process. Chanda, his social worker was extremely helpful. Since the facility does not have full time residents it seems they are better focused on short term rehab patients like my Dad. And he really liked the food!

I really appreciate the attention staff has showed my mom. She is Spanish speaker , hard of hearing and staff has stayed on top of every need despite the language and hearing barriers. It’s very easy to communicate with staff and adjust/tweak plan of care. Thank you all!

Was the greatest stay in any medical environment. Nurses were wonderful and helpful. And the food was made to your order.

When you walk into the building you get a sense of what type of business model Bridgemoor is creating in the realm of skilled nursing. It feels like no other skilled nursing building I have been in or worked in. The food is delicious. The rooms are private. The staff work hard and work hard together. It's a great place to work and our patients are the heart.
