  Everything from the process of getting a quick appointment to being checked-in to the nurse and the doctor attending to us made us and our child feel very well cared for. We were not rushed nor did we ever feel that we were not being heard. They did a thorough examination all while understanding that our child really needed the urgent care. They went the extra step to make sure he was given the oral medication that was necessary at that time and get our pharmacy to have the medicines ready by the time we went to pick up. All in all 10/10. A great job done by absolute professionals at the same time ensuring the healthcare provided is top notch!

  They were kind, efficient, happy, and thorough. We had a great experience with our daughter who broke her arm! They kept her happy during the whole process. Also, one of the wonderful ladies at the front desk gave me one of her personal water bottles when I asked if they had any water bottles on hand. She was so nice and didn't have to do that. She could have said no, but instead helped a very thirsty, nursing mother! Thank you for the great experience!!

  I went there with my 2 kids who have been coughing for 3 weeks and the family doctor prescribed nothing. We saw Ms.Rackel who was awesome, she listens and tested them for Strep and they were positive, gave me lots of useful advice.The nurse Michaela was super nice and friendly which took away my kids anxiety. Wanda at front desk, always tries her best to accommodate everyone even when the clinic is super crowded. Highly recommend this clinic!!! One happy and grateful mother here !!

  The process was fast to register her since it was my daughter’s first time here. We were also in and out within the hour. The doctor was nice and answered all my questions. They were helpful and very polite. Their office was also very clean.
