  Paige (OT) and Kristen (PT) have communicated on how the healing process works, shown various tools and ways to implement an individualized exercise program. Progress is being made, so that’s a win! Wonderful staff!!

  This is to express a sincere appreciation and satisfaction with the Baylor Scott & White Outpatient Rehabilitation - Cedar Park West Clinic. I speak for both myself and my wife, as we both have used this service with substantial benefit several times; my wife after knee surgery, and myself after a bad hand injury. We could not ask for better quality of care and attention as given by the staff. This includes the kind lady at the front desk, that makes the entry and scheduling easy, and the very competent and caring therapists, who understand the patient's needs and frustrations. The clinic is also well outfitted with equipment and technology. We feel welcome and comfortable there, and we leave each time feeling better.
  
  I must also say that I usually have a rather cynical view of what I see as a general erosion of human competence and integrity on many fronts. I am always especially pleased to encounter people and services that are truly doing a good job; and I like to say so.

  Tatiana and I have had three sessions since my left knee replacement. She has really given me a good workout and helped expand my range of motion. Thanks to Tatiana I am on a fast track to full walking use of my legs. She is fun and wonderful to work with. Reminds me of my granddaughter. Very best regards, Jess Lienhart.

  Awesome staff, awesome place. Extremely good at getting you back to your old self. Tatiana is excellent! My husband has experience with other staff members (mostly Kim) and he also highly recommends!

  The receptionist was so warm and helpful that I couldn’t wait to meet her after speaking to her several times.
  I had an OT appointment with Robyn and she was great. She helped me with numerous things to make my life easier with my arthritis. She was very professional and knowledgeable. She made my session fly by with her fun attitude. I’m the time since my session, I’ve continued using the things she recommended and it’s really helped.

$220 million expansion underway for Baylor Scott & White Round Rock ...

Baylor Scott & White Medical Center-Round Rock is on the way to nearly doubling in size. Construction has started on a five-story tower, as well as on remodeling some of the existing hospital building. The project's $220 million price tag covers the building addition, remodeling and technology. The work is expected to be completed in 2026.
